It is estimated that 285 million people (19 million being children), are visually impaired worldwide. According to the World Health Organization, approximately 80% of all visual impairment can be prevented or even cured by the use of corrective glasses.
The gift of sight can be life changing and make a dramatic difference for communities worldwide. 
 
Blue Planet's Visualize Change Program started in 2012, for every pair of glasses they sell, they donate a pair of corrective glasses to a person in need. To date, Blue Planet eyewear have donated over 850,000 pairs corrective glasses to those in need.
